The prices of the products in our webshop already include 21% Spanish VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the prices and will be added at the end of the checkout process, depending on the shipping method selected.
On this website you can pay by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or Bizum. Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not accepted.
Credit or debit card
You can pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card through the virtual payment gateway of Banco Sabadell, one of Spain’s largest banks. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you will be taken to the bank’s secure payment environment, where you will need to enter your card details.
Depending on the bank associated with your card, double verification by mobile phone may be activated. If this is the case, a code will be sent to your mobile phone, which you’ll need to enter on screen when prompted. Once this code has been validated, the purchase will be completed.
Paypal
PayPal is an online payment system that allows you to make purchases without entering your card or bank details. It is a quick and easy process. All you have to do is create your free account at www.paypal.es.
You can also pay with your credit card in the PayPal environment even if you don’t have an account. To do this, once you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, select the “Pay by card” option and you will be able to pay with your credit card in a 100% secure environment. Bizum
Bizum is a new, convenient and secure method of payment. To use it, you must have activated this functionality through your bank and have registered your four-digit code, which works as a PIN code. It only works with Spanish banks.
To pay for an order with Bizum, you must select this option as your payment method and enter your phone number and PIN. Then you’ll receive a 4-digit code to complete the transaction.
Bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your purchase will remain in “pending” status until receipt of payment is confirmed. Please bear in mind that once you have placed your order, you will have 7 days to complete the payment. Do not forget to include the order number and your full name when making the transfer. If we do not receive the payment or confirmation of payment within the specified time, the purchase will be cancelled.
Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be considered complete and delivery times will be calculated from that date. As transfers between different banks usually take a few days, it is advisable to send us proof of the transaction to info@fantastik.es to speed up the process.
