If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products you have bought. In order to do so, you must send us an email to email@example.com within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase receipt. Only those products that are returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered, with all the original packaging, will be accepted. No returns are made for the Mexican oilcloth.

The refund will include both the cost of the products and the initial shipping cost. However, it will exclude the additional expenses of the initial shipment, in case of non-standard shipment or urgent delivery, as well as the expenses of returning the goods. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used for the initial purchase.
We strive to pack your purchase the best possible way. However, eventual damages may occur during transportation. If this damage is visible on the outer packaging, please indicate it on the delivery note of the shipping company when receiving the purchase and then contact us to arrange for a new delivery.
If you discover the damage after receiving the package, you have 7 days to make a claim. In those cases, we will pay for the shipping costs, as well as if occasionally we send you by mistake a product that does not correspond to your order.
