Transportation and shipping costs

Shipping costs are not included in the products’ prices and will be added in the last step of the purchase.

To make the process easier for everyone, we work with a flat rate for shipping. This means that the delivery cost is fixed, regardless of weight, size or number of items in your purchase.

Flat rate: shipments to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands only cost 5€. Portugal: 6€. France and Germany: 12€

At the end of the purchase, in the checkout page, you will need to fill in the address to which we will send your order. If you prefer, you can also select the option “Local Pickup”.

This shipment option has no costs associated with it, but you must come to the physical store to pick up your order personally.

We’ll prepare and send the orders within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed. Please take this time into consideration in addition to the delivery times shown below. Our standard courier company sends and receives goods only on working days.

To give you an example, orders in Spain peninsula are generally received within 48 hours after the purchase. You buy on Monday and receive it by Wednesday!

In order to offer the best delivery options, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the European Union are deactivated. If you want to make a purchase from these places, contact us and we will quote you the most convenient and economic transport for you. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
