The product prices on our webshop already include the Spanish 21% VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the prices, those are added at the end of the purchase process, depending on the shipping method selected.
On this website you can pay by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or Bizum. We are sorry but we do not accept cash on delivery.

Credit or debit card
You can safely pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card through the virtual payment gateway of Banco Sabadell, one of the biggest Spanish banks. When you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you will be directed to the bank’s secure payment environment, where you must enter your card details.
Depending on the bank associated with your card, it is likely that double verification by mobile phone will be activated. If that’s the case, a code will be sent to your mobile phone which you must enter on the screen upon request. Once this code has been validated, the purchase will be completed.

Paypal
PayPal is an online payment system with which you can make your purchases without having to enter your card or bank details. It is a quick and easy process. All you have to do is create your account free of charge at www.paypal.es.
It is also possible to pay with your credit card in PayPal’s environment even if you don’t have an account. To do this, once you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, select the “Pay by card” option and you will be able to pay with your credit card in a 100% secure environment. Bizum
Bizum is a new, convenient and secure payment method. To use it you will have to have activated this functionality through your bank and have registered your four-digit code that will work as a PIN code.
To pay for an order with Bizum you will have to select this option as a payment method and enter your phone number and your PIN to receive a 4-digit code to complete the transaction.

Bank transfer
When selecting bank transfer as payment method, your purchase will remain in “pending” status until receipt of payment is confirmed. Bear in mind that once you have placed your order, you have 7 days to complete the payment. When making the transfer, do not forget to indicate the order number, your name and surname. If we do not receive the payment or confirmation of payment within the stipulated period, the purchase will be cancelled.
Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be considered as completed and delivery times will start to count from this date. As transfers between different banks usually take a few days, it is advisable to send us proof of the transaction to info@fantastik.es in order to speed up the process.
