At Fantastik we work with a logistics company called ASM/GLS for our shipments. Currently we only ship to countries within the European Union. We are sorry but we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. We also reserve the right to cancel orders to the outermost regions of the EU, islands, etc.
The carrier will deliver your purchase to the address specified in the order, between 9am and 5pm, on working days only.
During the checkout process you will be asked to provide a delivery address and phone number. You can also provide additional information such as preferred times, additional contact phone number, etc.
In order to ensure timely delivery, we ask you to be careful when filling in your details, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery complications caused by incorrect or incomplete information on your part.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment, the phone number of the shipping company and the estimated delivery date. Use this information to check the status of your delivery at any time. If you have provided a mobile phone number, you will also receive a text message on the day of delivery, informing you that your order is being delivered and giving details of the shipment.
If you discover any damage when you receive your parcel, you have seven days to make a claim. In this case, as well as if we send you a product that does not match your order, we will cover the shipping costs.
It is not always possible to deliver at the first attempt. In this case, the carrier will call you to arrange a new delivery date/time and if they are unable to contact you, they will leave a delivery note with all the necessary information to request a new delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange the second delivery with the carrier and if this is not done within the next 5 days, the carrier will return your purchase to us. Remember that you can manage the delivery of your purchase directly with the carrier at any time. Simply use the tracking number that we will have emailed to you.
