Order tracking

The company called GLS is in charge of our deliveriesAt Fantastik we work with the logistics company called ASM/GLS for our shipments. Currently we only ship to countries within the European Union. We are sorry but we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. We also reserve the right to cancel orders to the outermost regions of the EU, islands, etc.

The carrier will deliver your purchase to the address indicated in the order, between 9am and 5pm, only on working days.

In the checkout process you must provide a delivery address and a telephone number. You can also provide additional information such as preferred times, additional contact telephone number, etc.

In order to ensure the delivery on time, we ask you to pay attention when filling in your details as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery complications due to incorrect or incomplete information from your end.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment, the telephone number of the shipping company and the expected delivery date. Use this information to know the status of your delivery at all times. Also, if you indicated a mobile phone number, on the delivery day you will receive a text message letting you know that your order is being delivered, along with the details of the shipment.

In case you discover any damage upon receipt of the package, you have seven days to make the relevant claim. Both in this case and if we send you a product that does not correspond to your order, we will bear the shipping costs.

It is not always possible to make the delivery at the first attempt. In this case the carrier will call you to arrange a new delivery date/time, and if they are unable to contact you they will leave a delivery note with all the necessary information to request a new delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange the second delivery with the carrier, and if this is not done within the following 5 days, the carrier will return your purchase to us. Remember that you will be able to manage the delivery of your purchase directly with the transport company at any time. Just use the tracking number that we will have sent you by email.
