Phrenology tattoo storage jar

A large ceramic jar with a lid shaped like a phrenological head. Drawing inspiration from 19th-century busts, it features vintage tattoo illustrations of swallows, sailboats, moustaches and phrases such as ‘See no evil’ in a playful fusion of the mystical, the ironic and the functional.

The lid lifts to reveal a spacious interior that is ideal for storing curiosities or for using as an unconventional vase.
It is presented in a retro-style gift box.
